Basically, we use the services of our contractual partners of DHL and Deutsche Post for the shipping. We bear the responsibility for ensuring that your order arrives unscathed. The shipping costs are displayed in detail before completing the order.

Delivery time
Usually the delivery time outside the EU is two to four weeks and depends heavily on the speed of the shipping service provider of the recipient country.
Delivery shipping notification
Once your order is packaged and ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping notification from us. With the shipping notification you will receive a link to the shipment tracking.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a shipping notification. This is accompanied by a link that allows you to view the current delivery status of your order.
Please note, that in rare cases it may happen, that the details of the shipment tracking can be displayed at a later time than the actual status of the shipment.
